Jenny Stevens has a master's in professional counseling and an undergraduate degree in fitness promotion. Out of college, she spent eight years working in sports and fitness before following her dream of becoming a therapist.

 

Jenny is an LCPC who has spent 15 years supporting adolescents and their families working at a private K-12 school based in Chicago. She launched Create Change Consultants during Covid realizing many people are re-evaluating their lives and may need some help getting there. 

 

Jenny knows her way around and through change. From attending nine schools in the span of twelve years, losing her father at the age of nineteen, learning as an adult how to cope with her mother’s fading mental health, Jenny has a gained tremendous insight into how dramatic change affects people’s mental health.

 

As a professional therapist, she brings a warm, inviting and unique style to interactions with her clients. She cares deeply about helping others and supporting her clients to make the changes that they have always wanted, but weren’t equipped with the right tools to make those changes

 

Jenny lives in Chicago with her two daughters and her dog. She loves spending time with her family and friends, combining exercise and meditation to keep her balanced, and spending her free time in California and Colorado.
